Photoshop

Assignment:  Photoshop

Uses in the Classroom:  The objective of this lesson is for each student to edit a photograph and create and edit an animated .gif file using the features in Adobe Photoshop CC.  The only use I would have for this particular lesson would be to emphasize a particular item in a photograph used in the student guide.  The ability to make one item a particular color would key the student to the particular item of interest.  The below picture has had the color red changed to light blue.

Issues to Consider:  School districts/institutions or teachers/instructors will have to purchase a license or subscription to Adobe Photoshop CC and will need to ensure the computers have adequate memory, storage and video capability.  Students will need a sufficient amount of time to get familiar with the Adobe Photoshop CC.  Students should be aware of copyrighted material and provide appropriate acknowledgment where required.
