Uses in the Classroom: The objective of this lesson is for each student to create and upload an instructional video using any video editing program.
Issues to Consider: Students need to determine the age level, subject and topic before creating their instructional video. Students will need to download the either Movie Maker or iMovie software according to what computer platform they are using. It is also suggested to take some time and get familiar with the software's capabilities. It is recommended to use an external microphone for clearer recordings. Students should be aware of copyrighted material and provide appropriate acknowledgement where required.
